MARA HOFFMAN MIAMI SWIM WEEK

Happy Tuesday Bubbleheads,

After checking out Miami swim week and I have to say really falling in love with some of the bikinis at the shows. My first thought i have to have a wander and discover who the designers are. So first up i discovered Mara Hoffman i loved every piece that walked the catwalk. The colours were so vibrant and in your face that the bikini pieces really stood out for me,don't you think? Mara is a New York-based fashion designer and began designing her namesake label in 2000. Having graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City and studied at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London,Hoffman has developed a recognisable aesthetic heavily focused on prints.

Recurrently drawing from nature and fantasy,Hoffman often finds inspiration from her own travels around the world. Her swim collections consist of playful bikinis,one-pieces,dashiki cover-up and casual multi-functional dresses, all in Hoffman's signature prints and often featuring unique detailing such as beading and embroidery. We can really see all of that in each and every piece that the models wore. Don't you love them? Hope you enjoy the piece :)

MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2015

Happy Monday Bubbleheads,

(Wildfox)

Welcome to Miami......The dates of 18th-21th of July should always be marked on the calender. As those are the days that Miami Swim Week kicks off in Miami of course. Who doesn't love a good bikini? While every year Miami is filled with runway shows, industry gathering and parties,oh who wouldn't love that! Truthfully though this is my first time coming across this event and i will be following from now on.

(Suboo)

Designers like Suboo,Cia Maritima,Wildfox,Frankies bikinis,Ripcurl and many more got to show the world what we have to look forward to when we need to head to the beach. Models strut the catwalk in some very colourful and texture piece's. While high-waisted suits,cut-out and some very cheeky bikinis were also on display too. Of course we do need to keep an eye out for some key trends as fringe, tassel, halter tops,see-through panels and long sleeved one pieces are what we can look out for for next season.Sure if you don't believe me why not take a peak at the photos below.

Enjoy the piece :)

LUCY MECKLENBURGH NEW VENTURE FOR PRETTY LITTLE THINGS

Happy Monday Bubbleheads :)

Love Lucy......Who's loving Lucy Mecklenburgh latest venture? The former TOWIE star has teamed up with Manchester based clothing company Pretty Little Things. I'm sure by now we've all seen the ad where she is walking around on a beautiful location wearing her very own colourful piece's.

"Everything in the range I would wear myself,I wanted to create elegant on-trend styles that suitable for all body shapes."I absolutely love the pretty pleats and powerful floral prints that I've included in the collection they are so on trend for 2015.Having nautical pieces was really important to me-it's a timeless trend that you can dress up or down  depending on the occasion and of course is perfect for holidays".

Not only that but this is also Pretty Little Things first ever celebrity partnership after only setting up the company three years ago. Me thinks the first pick was spot on as Lucy knows her style and is very on trend with what she is spotted in,not forgetting she's a little stunner. The summer capsule features summer girly dresses, midi skirts and body suits. Oh aren't we going to look super chic for the rest of the summer. Check out wildfires and dreams at https://www.prettylittlething.com/ for your latest piece from Lucy Mecklenburgh :)

Have a great day today :)

STEAL HER STYLE CRESSIDA BONAS

Happy Monday Bubbleheads,

Glasto, glasto, let's all go to glasto.......Well the music festival maybe over now but if you're having withdrawals from missing Glastonbury last weekend. Well we can still look back over with the pictures from the music festival. Another reason for me looking back over is of course for the style. From the many famous faces that made their way to the fields in Somerset. A couple i felt got it right in the festival fashion style stakes. One of those was Cressida Bonas. I simply love this laid back look and that is why it caught my eye.

The two piece Tory Burch pin-stripe outfit which was a crop top and shorts combo for during the day, while later she was spotted wearing trousers which was also in the same print. Everything she teamed with her outfit worked. From the black beanie hat,to the white shirt and hunter wellies it was all effortless. With the actually set costing a bob or two it made me go looking for somthing a little bit cheaper and similar to the set. Sure festivals are all about having fun and stepping outside the box. What would be your take on the outfit?
