The award shows are definitely in full swing and last night it was the turn of the SAG Awards. Its exclusively Honor performers,it presents thirteen awards for acting in film and television in a fast moving two hour show. The awards focus on both individual performances as well as on the work of the entire ensemble of a drama series and comedy series and the cast of a motion picture. These Honor's are fundamental to the spirit of the Screen Actors Guild Awards because they recognise what all actors know-that acting is a collaborative art. I did stay up a bit to watch it but it was more for the fashion the stars were going to be wearing at the event than who's going to win the awards. Here is my pick of what i loved at the SAG Awards 2014 :
Have to start of with the one and only Lupita Nyong'o in a turquoise Gucci gown,oh what can i say the colour is just perfect on her and it fits her body perfect too. Love the flower detail around the neck area.
Amy Adams in a royal blue Antonio Berardi love the one shoulder slash look and the slit up the front of the dress to show off a bit of leg.
Cate Blanchett in a pale pink Givenchy gown love the sequin bit around the front of the dress.
Sofia Vergara in a silver Donna Karen as she said herself she feels like Jessica Rabbit and I'm not going to disagree with that she looks stunning.
Anna Gunn in a midnight blue Monique Lhuillier again just fits her perfect and the teardrop earrings work well with the outfit.
So they were my pick of the best dressed at last night Screen Actor Guild Awards but of course when there are winners your sure to have losers,that will be up later today.
