I got very excited when i came across this that i went looking to see what it was all about and quickly wanted to do a piece on it :)). First i have to say that i did come across a Hello Kitty Spa in Dubai and now i have discovered a Barbie Spa in Shanghai of course its every girls dream but unfortunately so far away :(

Let get started its from the Barbie Worldwide flagship store and whats available there!! A Barbie Cafe, Boutique and a Chocolate Bar and its designed for adults and children and you can also purchase Vera Wang wedding gowns and Patricia Field accessories and tiaras.

This is a Barbietini thats available in the cafe, its a two storey building, 35,000 square foot place that also contains a Barbie Spa. Start saving the pennies now guys and one day we'll get there.

RASPBERRIES

Lately there seem to be a bit of a craze about Raspberries. I went ahead to check what the fuss is all about and here's what i came across there good to control your calorie, fat, cholesterol and sugar intake so there low in all of that they make a healthy snack. A serving of 10 raspberries is only 10 calories no cholesterol or saturated fat and only a trace amount of sugar.

Fiber: they are a good source of fiber which plays a important part in a overall good health, maintain regular bowel movements, protects against heart disease and can curb binge eating. "Arthritis Today" recommends eating two to three types of fresh, frozen or dehydrated berries each day to get the fiber you need.

Antioxidants: contain substances called phenolic phytochemicals which has antioxidant properties. Raspberries destroy free radicals which cause damage to the body and contribute to the development of cancer, cardiovascular disease and immune system disorders but eating four average size black raspberries can provide the body with more antioxidants than a serving of most other fruit and vegetables.

Vitamin C: all types of raspberries are rich in Vitamin C. Good for growth and repair of tissues, it helps the body make collagen, which is an important protein used to make skin cartilage, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels: it must be present in adequate amounts for wounds to heal properly and it helps with repairing and maintaining your bones and teeth. A diet that is low in vitamin c may contribute to high blood pressure, gallbladder disease, strokes and some forms of cancer. Daily requirements for vitamin c is done on age and sex but most adults need 75 to 90 mg every day.

X-FACTOR NEWS

So guys the news lately on the X-factor line-up for the judges is for the X-factor UK is that it seems to be just poor Tulisa that wont be returning to the X-factor panel and has be replaced by Sharon Osbourne,while across the pond in America we knew last year that Britney Spears wouldn't be returning but also La Reid wont be making an appearance anymore too and also poor Khloe Kardashian wont be returning as a presenter. The two beauties that are taking over is Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio. What do we think of this!!Not really sure about the X-factor UK they should of had a major shake-up but that's my opinion.

MOVIES

The three films i must see when i get paid ;),so whether your sitting around at the weekend doing nothing why not pop to the cinema and have a night with the bf or get the girlie's together. Here are my three picks of films to go and enjoy. Firstly of course the film of this year:

The Great Gatsby starting Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire and many more famous faces. Directed by Baz Luhrmann this is not the first time Baz and Leo have worked together. Back in the nineties the two worked on Romeo and Juliet that was my film of all time got it back then when it was on a video ;-).

I know this is not going to be to everyone taste but next is Fast and Furious 6 and yes guys there is going to be a 7th one too. All the gang is back in it and i mean all ;-). Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez and The Rock Dwayne Johnson also makes an appearance. 

Guys thirdly of course its the final instalment of the Hangover franchise. Hangover 3 see the guys head back to Las Vegas where it all started. You have the ordinary cast also in it Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis , Heather Graham and Ed Helms. Wasn't a fan of the second one didn't find it as funny,so to me this really needs to make up for it. Hopefully there will be loads of laughter in it :))

Oatmeal Smoothie

1 cup of Ice

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and raspberries

1/2 cup of plain low fat yogurt 

1 Banana 

1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon of honey and you just blend it all together

I'm a sucker for a bit of avocado anyone else?. I love them in my salads, having a half of one with my breakfast and of course making the good old green stuff guacamole. F&F AUTUMN/WINTER LOOKS

As i said guys i'm doing a small little piece on Tesco F&F clothing Line for Autumn Winter 2013 why because they went and held a star studded fashion show :). I have to say i have picked up a few bits from the clothing range and do be impressed by it all especially coming from Tesco. Models like Jon K and Amy Hixson strutted their stuff walking up and down the catwalk. Stars like Thom Evans and his girlfriend Jessica Lowndes of 90210 fame,Denise Van Outen were all sitting front row.

F&F said of their collection 'The season that lies ahead symbolises bravery and a carefree attitude'. 'We see the F&F women come full circle from ladylike chic to rebel with a cause,a smart independent,modern women with a desire to challenge the ordinary and tear up the rule book'. So what do we think!! I really like it fair play once again impressed by it :))

So beauties once again i have learnt something new today in work and got it off of Steph one of my work colleagues about banana peels and what it is good for. She was telling me it can be used for whitening of your teeth so of course i went and checked it out and here it is :)

LAUREN'S WAY REVIEW

So how are all my beauties doing this morning!! I've decided to do a small little review on Lauren's Way Self Tanning Bronzing Lotion Darker than Dark why because i really like it and i keep going back to use it again and again :). I've actually wanted this tan for awhile but due to my laser card it wasn't able to order the items,so since then i've switched my cards over and i can happily order them :)).

Maybe that's not a good thing but how in ever he he. I ordered the tan off of Lauren website along with some of Lauren's Way Essex Glamour Eyelashes but i think the tan is available in Arnotts in town. So the box arrived and i opened it to reveal my two items along with some cards of what Lauren sells. Of course i couldn't wait to start using it,so as every girl knows you need to exfoliate first before putting on your fake tan and when i was dry i started pumping the tan onto my mitt. Firstly it hasn't got that real strong pong smell and it went on easily for me. It has a nice glossy smooth feeling to it and i'm just in love with it. It also didn't take long for it to dry either so i was happy about that.

My mitt is a 3-1 which works as a exfoliator and for putting on your tan and also a buffer which i also love,i got that in Mr.Price for a bargain of a price. Since i starting using the buffer i feel you get a better looking tan. Secondly guys i always put a pair of latex gloves or a pair of really old socks under my mitt because with this tan i've noticed it goes right through your mitt and gets onto your hands. So that was my little review on the tan,hope yous liked it :)

This was my first time using the tan and i haven't looked back since. If anyone was to get a bottle of tan i would certainly say to get this one :))

LIPSTICK

So beauties yous are loving the lipstick picture i put up on the page,so i went and looked it up and the two brands of lipstick the girl is wearing is none other than Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick 'Must Have Mauve' and Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter 'Gumdrop'. Wearing of the two lipsticks is not new to me as one of the girls in work always does it and i ask her why and she always tells me its to give it that extra pop and now i can see why :)

IS CARA DELEVINGNE ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL

I'm a huge fan of Cara Delevingne and i have always mentioned her in my blog piece's but lately people are starting to get a bit worried about her. Since shes grace us on most of the catwalks this year she is getting more known for her party lifestyle than her actually catwalk and is it affecting her own life!!

Cara has recently been pictured trying to hide something what looks like white powder with some thinking its cocaine!! The star was fumbling for her keys when the sachet slipped from her hands and blow a metre away from her on to the edge of her doorstep. The star was quickly to step her foot over it to try and hide it. She is been investigated by high street H&M over suspicions it contained cocaine. The star is been known as the next Kate Moss but is she on the same trail as her too!!!

So with selling Tea Tree Oil on the shelves an then with some of the customers looking for it for certain things like anti-fungal!! I have decided to dig a little deeper and found out what it can be used for. I discovered it can be used for many other different things.

For your Health: 

A small amount used for Acne 

Anti-fungal which was asked for by customers is used on Athlete's Foot,Eczema and various of Yeast Infections 

Antiseptic on Cuts and Burns which my mam has recently discovered 

Anti-Viral it may lessen the symptoms of Colds and Flu maybe a few drops into your bath

Add to a Vapouriser to loosen chest congestion 

Tea Tree Shampoo to destroy Head Lice knew that with working in HealthCare 

Small amount added to your bath can help with persistent body odour

Treating Sinus Infection have to try that one for myself 

For Dandruff and Dry Scalp 

Form of Aromatherapy it can be used to treat Colds,Persistent Coughs,Acne,Toothaches and Sunburn

Guys the list is endless it can also be used for cleaning! I just picked the health part because of what i do and i will be passing on this information to my customers :)))

SANDAL SEASON

With the good weather finally getting to us whats the best footwear we should be wearing Sandals of course :). Firstly we obviously want our feet in the right shape why not have a pedicure get the nails all painted and freshen up then you'll be able to show off your feet. Secondly find sandals that are going to be comfortable for you.

I find the ones with the piece that goes in between your toe cuts me so i try and stay away from those but you can pick up Party Feet they do a range that helps it to stop rubbing in between there. I love sandals with a bit of sparkle and colour because that is what summer is all about been playful and showing your craziness side,i can never do black or white only if its a trend other than that i love Colour :)). Last piece of advice is for the guys please for the love of god stop wearing white socks with your sandals not good at all. Enjoy showing off your sandals this year guys :))

MY BUYS

So guys i'm just back from going over to Woodies and Dundrum Shopping Centre. Reason i went to Woodies was i was looking for the pipe to do the Hairdryer and Hair straighter as a stand for my room,which a few of yous liked :)). They didn't have it so i need to go and look in Chadwick's or Homebase or does anyone know of anywhere else i could go!!!

My Dundrum stop was because Image magazine were having a event at the entrance of Eason Book Shop. When you purchased a magazine they gave you a coupon that entitled you to a free No.7 product,i picked the BB cream because i have never tried a BB cream before. You were also able to get a Match Made Service what that does it tells you the colour foundation that suits your skin tone. I'm Calico.

As you can see i picked up two books from Eason Cheryl Cole 'My Story' and Mitch Winehouse 'Amy My Daughter',so plenty of reading material for me for awhile lol. I had a wander then into Mccabes and picked up a few bottles of Nail Varnish,two bottles of Essence obviously i had to get a Nude one gonna put that on later, Rimmel Salon Pro and guys i've never seen these ones before have you L.A Colours. I'm going to be busy now for the rest of the day.

TLC FANS

The trio are getting back together to perform at the Mixtape festival at Hersey Park Staduim in Pennsylvania on 26 and 27 July. How will they you ask!! Well they have decided to use a hologram of Lisa Left Eye which was once done only last year when Snoop Dog and Dr.Dre had Tupac Shakur on stage at Coachella. Tupac was shot dead in 1996. 

Rozanda 'Chilli' Thomas 'The hologram is something we talked about and thought about years ago. 'Obviously timing is everything but we're definitely talking about it' also saying 'it will be hard on us but i certainly think our fans would love to see it. 'We definitely be the first group to do it. Its great but spooky at the same time but we're definitely thinking about it.

What do you think guys!! I have to say i cant wait to see it but then when i seen Tupac Shakur i got chills and kinda freaked me out but they again we do miss our loved ones and just bringing them back for a second would be a good moment.
