LAUREN SMOOTHIE



So this is Lauren Conrads of The Hill fame her 7 days to getting into your jeans smoothie :)

Oatmeal Smoothie


1 cup of Ice
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and raspberries
1/2 cup of plain low fat yogurt 
1 Banana 
1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon of honey and you just blend it all together

Have to try this out myself :))
