Adidas Originals have turned their attention to this 'Hot Right Now' singer to help design a collection for the brand. Rita Ora will design five different themed collection but will release them on three different dates. The first date is 2nd of August for the 'Black' line, 4th of September for the 'Pastel' and 'Colourblock Packs' lines and 1st of November for the 'Spray' and 'Roses' lines. Speaking to WWD at Cannes she said "I'm a massive fan of the brand. I grew up working at a sneaker store when i was 16 and am a huge sneaker head. It's so cool that I'm able to do this with a brand that i sold when i was younger".
Josefine Aberg,design director of Adidas Originals, said about the singer "Rita is, first of all an amazing person and colourful and outgoing". She added "She has a great way of mixing fashion and streetwear and has a big love for the brand, and it was obvious that we needed to work with her. Adidas first approached Rita last September during New York Fashion Week. She was keen to work with the firm that she threw herself into researching the company's work.
